brilliant

unbelievably friendly staff/owners. to the extent they feel like my Colombian parents. beautiful hostel. lots of outdoor space, fresh air, and light. great breakfast in the morning with home made jam and lots of great recommendations for activities and explanations of the culture.

Great place

Gabriel and Patricia really look after you! Breakfast is basic but enough. Dorms are comfortable and plenty of sitting space inside, outside and in the games room at the back. They are very aware of your safety and if you order an Uber, will wait outside with you until it arrives. Nice walk into the main part of town and plenty of places to eat close by.

Best hostel in Bogotá

Incredible hostel, best owners you can imagine! 24hrs reception, super friendly, always there to chat with you or answer any questions. Laundry service cheap and fast, free breakfast contains coffee, toast, jam and fruits. It's a social hostel but not a party hostel. Beds are super comfy, have extra blankets if you get cold at night. Big lockers to put your valuable belongings there. Loved the stay here, 11/10!!

Great location, lovely staff

A lovely family run hostel. Great location in the historic centre close to museums, galleries, restaurants etc. Nice breakfast of a big bowl of fruit salad and toast. We shared a private twin room with bathroom which was comfortable and clean.

There was some music/noise from the neighbourhood at night but having travelled around Colombia for two weeks this seems to be the norm all over the country except the amazon!

Everything is perfect as a hostel. Charming house, good beds, cozy places where you can relax and meeting other travellers. Soooo nice that this is not a party hostel, but still easygoing, relaxing, friendly, welcomig, comfortable, good vibes.

Nothing. Just I did not like reading some posts complaining about cold shower, cold rooms, hahaha ... come on spoiled dudes. You should go then to a cold vibe hotel. What you get here for what you pay, is great. This hostel is for true travellers ;-)

Ideal start to my trip

I highly recommend this hostel as a solo traveller. Feels more like a home than a hostel, the social spaces are intimate and everyone knew everyone by the end of my stay. I’m currently travelling around the remainder of Colombia with people met at Cedron.

Best in Candelaria!

It is one of the best hostels in Bogota. everything is amazingly clean and tidy. The Kitchen is a masterpiece;. the whole house is very old and beautiful. The staff are like uncle and aunty very friendly and helpful. The Location is the best. right in the quiet part of Candalaria. don't hesitate to go there!

The whole hostel is very cold. there is no warm place to chill. you need to wear a lot of clothes all the time. It's very hard to adjust the hot water in the bathroom.

Very nice hostel

Hosts are wonderful, so nice and helpful. Hostel has nice facilities, enough bathrooms ( shower is hot sometimes), big kitchen, nice garden and lounging area good for yoga, 2 cats, good location. Breakfast was good for socializing with other travellers.

Don't stay here if you're short. You have to ring the bell every time you want to come in. I'm 5 feet tall and the bell was 8" higher than I could reach. When I arrived I had to use my flashlight to reach the bell and the day and a half I was in Bogota I had to carry one of the long handled kitchen utensils all day to have something with which to reach the bell when I returned to hostel.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The dorm was a beautiful attic room. The breakfast was super fresh and healthy. The garden is s good place to chill
